COMES IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE WITH INSERT.ON PURPLE AND
BLUE MARBLE VINYL WITH STICKERS ON THE RECORD.

SIDE A.) THE BLACK SCORPIO UNDERGROUND:

I.) ALONE IN THE ORCHARD OF SOULS:

Low winds sweep through and rustle leaves below your feet.
Everything is empty and bone cold like a midnight walk through
a cemetery in the dead of winter.Unseen things rustle around you
like rodents searching crypts for meat to gnaw from skeletal frames.
Spoken word samples come and bring with them layers of cold and sinister
ambiance played on cinematic synths and wailing guitars that moan like
forsaken spirits damned to hover over their accursed graves every night.
The spoken word passages sound like an ancient witch rambling about things
learned from ages of existing in such a crooked, wretched state. The rats
return more determined than ever as sounds similar to vermin scratching
their way through skulls is heard.Various female voices are carried on
the winds from the distance as inhuman things howl and ghostly songs are
sung in operatic voices. The winds begin to rush more violently and within
them you can hear a cacophony of desperate moans and cries like those of
countless souls damned to an eternity of woe and misery. It very much feels
like you are "Alone in the Orchard of Souls." After a while you can hear
the sounds of foaming tides clashing against jagged rocks in rhythmic waves.
Moans turn to wails and wails turn to agony as the level of suffering is
increased. If you listen closely you can almost make out the taunting laughter
of daemons as they revel in delight and torturous glee.Ritual bells ring like
a signal that a horned and shadowy master approaches and the suffering increases
more and more.Creatures beyond human comprehension can be heard making every manner
of inhuman call and cry. This literally sounds like lo-fi recordings taken from the
underworld. The tides begin to crash more violently as well like the rot infested
waters of the river styx becoming so full of the dead that they swell and cascade
over their dams and borders.THE BLACK SCORPIO UNDERGROUND dwell more in the realms
of "eerie" and "creepy" than harsh this time around but it sounds just as dark and
evil as ever if not more so.The voices of the dead and damned begin to echo as if
they were bouncing off the cavernous walls of the lower pits of Hell in an eternal
mantra of horrid anguish that mocks any angelic choirs that may be.Suddenly we slip
into a passage of rumbling electronic pulses that twist into harsh scraping noise
and then come back again. This repeats for a while growing more dense and muffled
every time.A cold ambiance can be heard far off on the horizon but remains lost
in the storming sea of suffering around you. After some time we go into another
movement...A short passage of dark ambiance that hums and resonates over quiet
and obscurred spoken samples...It seems we have survived to make it to the B
side...But "further killings" await.

SIDE B.) WEREWOLF JERUSALEM:

II.) FURTHER SUSPECTS IN RAIL KILLINGS:

With WEREWOLF JERUSALEM we go on a similar yet very different journey.
The similarities add a great sense of flow to the record while the differences
keep it from becoming a stale or boring experience.Low roaring tides roll in and
break upon the shore in a haze of rushing white static.Rhythms appear and vanish.
It is hard to say if the patterns you hear were intentional or just the effect of
the human mind trying to form order out of a quiet collective of chaos.Overall this
has a tranquil and relaxing effect on the listener.Like a situation where the danger
is far enough to create interest without posing any real threat.Hissing currents of
foaming fury rise along with obscured strands of feedback as the ocean of sound takes
on a more mechanical form...Like massive and powerful water currents created by some
machine with immense turbines. There is a weird quality to the peice...Although it is
Harsh Noise it sounds "soft." Distortion and strength is present but everything is
mixed down so that it comes across more like an ambient peice.Almost like one of those
"white noise" machines that some people use to help them fall asleep at night.Suddenly
an unexpected burst of dense, distorted noise breaks through the speakers like a sonic
boom bursting the sound barrier.Rumbling, fuzzed-out low end noise that cracks and pops
like the fourth of July.It sounds like an army of contact mikes scrapping away at every
rough surface within reach...Or possibly like the sound high gusts of wind make when they
are recorded on a tiny microphone that can't handle the power of the storm. This soon turns
into rushing winds of low static similar in quality to the ocean-like waves from the first
movement of the track. It's like standing on a high cliff and hearing surging whirlpools
spinning far below you...The echo of the sound reaching just high enough to be audible.
This persists for quite some time creating various patterns and rhythms within the many
textures of sound and once again the track becomes soothing. It lulls you into a relaxed
state for a while until the tides begin to rise and become more feirce.Scrapping noise
joins the mix like metal slowly grinding upon metal...Creating a natural feedback that
resonates in the air. It's still not that loud but the sound is furious regardless...At
the same time this isn't exactly the softest track either at this point. The cacophany
of sound is similar to that of a busy train station...The blurry haze of commotion where
the sea of sound is created by a billion busy people as the trains arrive and depart in
their not so subtle manner. The track ends with the sounds last described once they slowly
fade into silence.A very interesting listening experience for sure.

BOTH BANDS HERE OFFER INTERESTING AND LENGTHY TRACKS.FROM DARKER
SHADES TO PALE MEDITATIONS...CHANCES ARE THERE IS SOMETHING YOU'LL
