VHHEX:
To anyone who has ever wanted to know what noise looks like...Your prayers have been answered.
You could have just looked up a picture of me but whatever, This is probably a lot more entertaining.
Not only do we get some badass tracks of the highest quality...But also some fucked up visuals along with em.
According to the crude drawing on the back of the box, REGOSPHERE calls his brand of Power Electronics
and Death Industrial "Anxiety Electronics." And as many of you already know I have a severe anxiety disorder
So I think I am the right person to be covering this release.REGOSPHERE has not only hit the nail on the head
but pounded it in a violent manner that splitners the wood and wrecks whatever project called for nails and
hammers in the first place.Andrew Quitter has captured exactly what happens in one's mind during a severe
panic attack with frightening clarity.Everything before your eyes for the next 30 minutes is a dizzying mess
of warped layers of both horrifying and confusing images. There is a part early on where two men run in a
panick and become skeletons. This happens over and over as low drones creep into the room and fill it with
an uneasy atmosphere...When I have a really bad anxiety attack it feels like everything is in slow motion and
sped up to light speed at the same time...I know this makes little sense but I don't know how else to explain it.
While this happens my mind will repeat a scene on an endless loop in regular speed amongst the chemical chaos
reeking havok within my skull.REGOSPHERE has captured this in crystal clarity and blurred insanity. While the
"skeleton" scene loops on and on there are various layers at various speeds that blend together...Now add to this
a sea of nausea in the form of dense waves of electronics and wretched screaming lost in the rolling waves until
they are carried out into a sea of misery and you have VHHEX...This IS anxiety. This is what my head would look
like if you could see the horrible visions I see at any given time.Steady pounding rhythyms add a sense of pace
as well as a grim funeral march sort of feeling.Visions of unnatural surgery and medical experiementation flash
before your eyes along with rotting re-aniated corpses and living abominations.Natural disasters, riots, sorrow
and static play out a testimony to the human experience of useless and violent existence. If an alien race were
to discover and watch this in the far future it would give them a pretty damn accurate depiction of who and
how fucked up we all were. They can figure out why half this thing has Japanese subtitles cause other than to
add to the general mind-fuck of the whole thing I have no fucking idea.It is probably a good thing that this is
only half an hour long because I doubt long sessions of this kind of thing can be good for your health. And yes
this most certainly causes feelings of anxiety and fear to someone suffering from the condition...At least until
you realize that this home and get comfortable.Musically REGOSPHERE offers up some top-notch electronics
to accompany the visuals.Things stay on the slow and dark side mostly until we reach the last segement where
we are assualted by harsh psychic knives of sound that slash at your senses in a frenzied rage.Comparrisons could
be made to FIRE IN THE HEAD towards the end as where beforehand things linger more in Death Industrial...
It is about time someone made movies for people like us into this sort of thing.Pink Floyd and The Who fans
have had movies for years...Hell even Spinal Tap and Anvil have their own films. Thanks to Out Of Body records
there will be Noise classics for the future.

THIS IS THE FIRST OF MANY VHS RELEASES ON OUT OF BODY RECORDS
AND AN EXPERIENCE YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS:
